Quality Food

Our smoked meat sandwiches are delicious and packed! You will not walk away hungry! Try out our El Dorado - our version of a steak and cheese with smoked brisket, The Piggy Back - a classic pulled pork sandwich with pickels and cole slaw and our What the Cluck and Cheese - pulled smoked chicken breast with green peppers, beer braised onions and smother in cheese.

Catering

Winter Special! $20 per person for drop off service - within 30 miles of Stockton Springs! Minimum of 8 people.

We also do custom menus - prices will vary depending on types of meat and how you would like it prepared.
